Qualifying & the process
How do I know if I qualify?
Every situation is different, but the basics are: you were injured, the accident happened within the last two years, you weren't at fault, and you don't already have a lawyer for it. The fastest way to find out is the two-minute questionnaire.
What happens after I submit my information?
A case specialist or independent attorney reaches out — usually within a few minutes to a few hours, and almost always within one business day. The call may come from a number you don't recognize, so please pick up or check your voicemail and texts.
What if I already have a lawyer?
If you're already represented for this accident, we aren't able to help — our service is for people who haven't yet hired an attorney for their claim.
Am I obligated to anything?
No. There is no obligation and no pressure at any point. If you decide it isn't right for you, you can simply decline.
Your information
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your information is kept confidential and is only shared with the attorney or specialist who may be able to help with your claim. It is never sold to a call list.
Can I opt out or delete my information?
